Hello my beloved readership,
dazzling all day was a topic in summer but for autumn I literally keep on shining with my nail-art. Read about its double entendre here and let it sink in.
Autumn is not necessarily a time to shine when days are getting shorter and gloomier between the seemingly endless sunshine and the sparkles of Christmas. Talking for myself, I have cherished autumn for being able to put on my armor in the shape of leather, black and gloomy colors. But somehow I wanted to keep on letting it dazzle instead this time. I liked the idea of dazzling all over and keeping on shining as the trend was described here. When times are getting dark and hard especially your enemies hope to see you low or embittered inside out but I instead I learned and cherished to not provide them this satisfaction but to keep on shining. This is how most of the people actually want to see you: holding on to the positive, never losing hope, not letting yourself down but turning the pain into power while not becoming the villain yourself. And I can assure you: I know how it is to not be able to do this as much as people may tell you.
Shining holds an effect that you cannot put into plain single words: People notice the sparkle as inconspicuous and small it might be. Furthermore they get enchanted by it. What happens is a contagious kind of magic that is not able to be described. An exchange of positive vibes and a resulting boost. You shine, your shine touches the people around you, they bring this into expression and return the good feeling. That is why I love to shine and keep on shining even when your surrounding does not invite you to shine – and even if not every day, so I admit, could be shiny. The shadow will pass the shine will uncover again. What I loved most about this effect of shining was that the compliments came from people you would pretty much least expect it from. That gave me the confirmation that everyone likes the sparkle and that dazzling brings out everyone out of their shell. So never lose your shine or go ahead and find your shine. When you shine magic happens and makes the impossible possible and the unreachable reachable.

„If you like glittery nails then we can offer you a special coating and technique“, do not get me wrong but I am horrified to listen to this sentence ever since. I do not want to be rude but I know about that technique and I know that you are just wanting to sell you product. But we all know that this technique with glittery powder is also a little bit pricier than a normal gel polish would be. And every time I put on glitter nails (which is pretty much every time) I hope that they will not mention this offer to me. My nail-studio offers a great variety of glitter-included normal gel-polish which makes the pricier technique unnecessary at that point. However I learned that there are certain colors (like the purple color on my nails) that are certain glitter colors consisting of glitter-particles mixed into clear lacquer that need an extra coating and therefore have a higher cost than the normal colors. As you can see the glitter of that polish is thicker. If you ask me it is quite tricky to list them together as not everyone could keep them apart.
Still this nail-art was completely worth it since I caught many eyes and with my nail-art and pulled many compliments to myself.
Thanks to Hanny Beautiful Nails for their great variety and fair prizes. Check them out here.
Love, Johanna
[…] them see how fine you actually are, and people who appreciate it from their heart. My nail art here was a part of this admiration, too. Anyway I turned my stay into a real catwalk presenting fashion […]
